I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfy rooms, super friendly staff, and a well-maintained pool area. However, the dining options were a bit limited for breakfast. The pricing was fair, but additional services like Wi-Fi required extra payment.

Amongst the few Budget/Mid-range hotel options in Surat, this hotel housed an excellent travel desk and provided flawless services to my guests during the stay. The rooms were very comfortable with a nice view. The staff was good overall, but the restaurant staff could be more friendly. The location was ideal, close to the railway station and my work. The dining experience offered nice choices of South Indian, North Indian, and Gujarati cuisine, although there was limited space and poor service at times. The facilities were good overall, making the visit memorable for me.
